Summary:
The LPN shall perform services in the provision of supportive or restorative care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician as defined by the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
Minimum Requirements:
Graduate of an approved School of Nursing.
Current LPN license with North Carolina State Board of Nursing.
Current AHA BLS certification required.
Sign on bonus of $2,000.
