LM Restaurants is a family owned and operated hospitality management company with over 40 years of service to our guests and the communities in which they live. Our brand portfolio includes award-winning concepts at all levels of casual dining located in North Carolina, Tennessee, and Florida which all follow our company-wide commitment to fresh, house-made food and progressive beverage programs. Carolina Ale House was established in 1999 and is our largest concept with locations throughout the southeast.
Our SERVERS build relationships with guests, keeping them happy, comfortable, and informed throughout their time with us. This team provides information to guests, makes suggestions of order choices, and maintains a satisfactory atmosphere in the restaurant.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to greet and serve all guests in a fun, engaging, energetic manner
- Maintain a positive, energetic, fun attitude toward guests and team members.

- Learn &a; possess a proficient knowledge of our food and cocktail menus
- Follow all steps of service
